Gabi's Class Wins 2nd Prize!

Gabi's class participated in a Computer World 2008 contest at the university of Luebeck. The contest was for school projects that explore syllabus material with the help of digital media. Gabi's class project was the Our Song Circle and her one project "Where is Mario". The judges particularly like the fact that all of you are participating in Our Song Circle - Wimbo Mviringo. They feel, and I also believe, that the children in all our schools will benefit from hearing each other songs and learning about each others' cultures.

So, as you can see we are all winners in the Computer World 2008 contest. Thank you very much for being a part of this site.

Congratulations, Gabi! You are an inspiration for even having entered the contest, which takes courage and confidence! Mario is a worthy winner - creative, exciting and loads of action-learning. Aside from curriculum, it offered your kids an occasion to be "present to the moment." Super teaching!
