Our Peace Assembly - Grade Ones

Last week on Nov. 11, our whole school, ages 4 - 14, put on a Peace Assembly. This video shows that our grade ones have learned that if you cannot hear with your ears, you can still "sing" a song in sign! Take a look.....

A Video, Just for You!

On our blog, Seven/Eight -Confabulate, Stephanie produced a slide show about Toronto. At the end, she asks if you might like to show her how things look in your community. Stephanie is a grade eight student in our News Club, here at Nelson Mandela Park. She is always interested in how people in other places live.

Hi, I'm new!

Hello everybody, I'm Deb from Canada, and I am delighted be here with my classes from kindergarten to grade 8. I am looking forward to seeing the wonderful work that Song Circle members around the world are contributing. Hey Deborah,
nice to read your comment, thank you. I am glad to have contact to other Primary schools in different parts of the world. My class will learn a lot of christmas customs of other countries. First, they have to write how they celebrate Christmas at home, then they will hear about the others. How do you celebrate Christmas in Canada?
